If we were talking major appliances I would say the microwave. How else could my kids maintain their stellar diet of chicken nuggets (white meat of course).
Smaller appliances – I am totally in love with my Cuisinart.

Let’s see, I know I could do without just about everything EXCEPT I would be very sad to see the dishwasher go. There’s just something about knowing that I don’t have to wash them. ahhhh!
